Evolution of Marketing Concepts - From Production to Sustainability Concept: Significance to Pharmaceutical Marketing

Abstract: Historians know the exact date of starting of civilization. But historians don't know the exact date of starting of marketing. What is obvious is that market and marketing evolved along with the evolution of civilization. It is said that, "only thing which is permanent in this world is change". Similar is the case with market and marketing concept. It is ever changing. The marketing concept, which first emerged as production concept, has now evolved to relationship concept.
