Technology Transfer Documentation: MOUs, Legal Issues in Pharmaceutical Industry

Introduction: The paper addressed mainly the importance of approach for planning and implementation Technology transfer documentation: MOUs, legal issues in pharmaceutical industry. Technology transfer requires a documented, designed progress using skilled and knowledgeable personnel working inside a quality system, with documentation of data casing all aspects of development, production and quality control. In past technology transfer process was challenging and transferees often lack the skills to deal with it effectively. This review gives a brief knowledge about the utilization of MOUs in respect to transfer of technology by promoting relationship between companies, government agencies and institute in the field of pharmaceutical development. In order to develop future, there is a rising alertness that an appropriate transfer of manufacturing technologies (technology transfer) is essential to promote drug quality as designed during R&D to be a final product during manufacture as well as assure stable quality transferred for many reasons between contract giver and contract acceptor during manufacture.
