Liposomes With Oleic Acid Inhibit of The Malassezіa SPP. Fungi Action

Ivanova N.N., Chastiy T.V. & Belozerov A.P.

Introduction: It has been found that the liposomal terbinafine received on the basis of egg lecithin and oleic acid are more effective than terbinafine concerning fungal infections caused by Malassezia sympodіalіs and Malassezіa furfur. The antifungal activity of the liposomal terbinafine was higher than terbinafine in 5- 7 times depending on structure of liposomes. The therapeutic dose of terbinafine may be reduced by 5-7 times depending on the composition of the liposomes in the treatment of fungal infections caused by Malassezіa sympodіalіs and Malassezіa furfur.
