Aspects of HVAC Systems for Oral Solid Dosage Forms

Introduction:
 
The aspects of Heat Ventilation and Air conditioning requirements in Oral Solid Dosage Forms has become equally important point of consideration as compared to sterile dosage forms in modern pharmaceutical manufacturing units at plant designing stage. As prevention of contamination and cross contamination are two basic considerations while designing the pharmaceutical facility other factors such as  temperature, humidity and ventilation aspects should be appropriately validated to avoid adverse effects on pharmaceutical products during their manufacturing and storage. The operator’s comfort should be an important factor when microbiological contaminations are important.
