Activity of Phages and Lіposomes Complexes Relatіve Straіns Staphylococcus Aureus in Vitro

Introduction: Distribution of staphylococcal flora with high antibiotic resistance, toxicity of antibiotics, determines the search for new approaches to the treatment of patients. One promising area is the use of phages1. Therapeutic effects of treatment phages average 50%. But Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) culture are also can be resistant to phages that may be due to the fact that cultures adapt quickly to phages2. It is known that the liposomes forms of therapeutic agents are allowed to significantly increase the efficacy and reduce their therapeutic dose. For example, proposed a biotechnological approach to the design of liposomes with phages, loaded with drugs for the treatment and prevention of chronic inflammatory periodontal disease3. Since liposomes is longer help to maintain a high concentration of therapeutic drug in blood and cells and also penetrate into the areas where they are not liposomes can not reach. This the property can be used for treatment of infections such as S. aureus known for its difficult treatment and complications.
