No Autonomy For Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission |

Abstract: The Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare vide their letter No. Z-14012/IPC/CBP/2003 dated 22nd March 2005, has set up an Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission which has been registered as a Society under the provisions of the Societies Registration Act 1860 (Act No. 21 of 1860) for the registration of Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies, on 09-12-2004. The registered office of the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) shall be situated at Central Indian Pharmacopoeia Laboratory, Sector 23, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad (U.P.). |
