Introduction: Work must start with an approach “Do It Right the First Time” reducing the need for additional quality control procedures, and thereby saving valuable commodities time, cost and efforts1. This is achievable with optimized planning and dynamic monitoring from inception to completion of a project. It is an inevitable fact that the challenges are part and parcel of project lifecycle. One always has the option to ‘circumvent or clash’. Later being superlative is advisable to confront the situation before it becomes an emergency. What is more important is the person’s approach, based on his previous experiences, how he or she would handle these project related problems.
